Although it will be heavily desk based, there could be opportunities to travel to meet and search out the best talent and employers. Within the UK we've got thousands of recruitment agencies, but if you concentrate on a specific niche or expertise you can work in a specialist agency.With experience and working in larger companies, promotion is possible for you to move into business development or management.
As a head hunter your salary may only start at around £15,000 - 18,000. But this can soon move onto £20,000 - 40,000 based on your experience and success.
