My client is a highly dedicated recruitment consultancy specialising in the acquisition of senior financial and technology professionals. Working within the quants, commodities and derivatives arena they are globally recognised for their precision of work and their ability to attract world leaders.
They have devised a business that is run by senior mandates and client/ candidate acquisition via headhunting. With their small team of sophisticated headhunters/ search consultants they have secured positions on the PSLs of some of the leading globally recognised banks (JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley).
Their need to expand has heightened due to overwhelming client demands on their headhunting services. They have been recognised as the recruitment consultancy/ search firm/headhunting firm of choice.
The role available is for ambitious graduates, and will see you joining the team as a junior headhunter. You will be given the responsibility of headhunting senior candidates in a specific market. You will be expected to proactively network with passive candidates and enable their future professional development. You must be able to liaise with sophisticated and very intelligent people and you will be able to feel comfortable with influencing their thought process and explaining/describing potential roles.
