We have been exclusively engaged by a well established, medium sized business who have plans and serious commitment to growing their business further.
You will have sole responsibility for the Manchester office with a team of sales account managers, delivery account managers and resourcing staff reporting into you. It will be down to you how the exact structure looks and what the strategic vision for the office is. This is genuinely a blank canvas but with strong financial support and proven success behind you.
By no means a 'start up' or 'get rich quick' scheme, this will suit somebody who is established in the IT market, comfortable generating new business, C level networking and ensuring the local team is supported day to day.
Full job description available upon request. In a nutshell though, this position is fairly unique in the market. You won't have the frustrations of working for one of the big boys where there are many limitations. Neither will you be working for a small minded business who aren't serious.
Up to £80k base plus generous bonuses and company benefits. Possible share options too once proven (again, not a load of nonsense or OTE of millions)!
