My client is a highly respected and established group offering Executive Talent solutions to their clients. A role has arisen for an Account Director to oversee one of their major clients in the Financial Services/Professional Services space. The role will include the usual aspects of an Account Director role, but most significantly will also have a business development aspect to it within this client. You must primarily be motivated by this aspect of the role, as growing the account will be one of the key success factors.
Previous experience within an MSP or RPO, or Talent Solutions business, with a track record delivering and selling solutions to clients is essential. Whilst this is not a pure sales role, or a pure Account Manager role, it represents a hybrid of the 2.
If you have experience in these field my client has an immediate need to hire, and will be flexible on sector focus.
