A rare opportunity to get into this business, the role will be responsible for account managing the needs of customers who are repeat users of the products and services. The client base that this team serves are medium size and the opportunity to up sell services and solutions are immense - you can really make your mark. The business are skilled at training successful recruiters, developing them into skilled account managers so applicants with recruitment consultancy experience (ideally at a senior consultant level are welcomed).

Basic salaries tend to start between £28,000 and £32,000 and commission is paid quarterley. Year one OTE is £43,000 with the ongoing years offering base salary enhancements and rolling commissions taking the longer term earnings much higher.
To apply, you should be a degree educated sales and account management professional who has gained some experience from a B2B environment. You should have some interest and understanding of consultative, solution driven selling and you should demonstrate the desire to want to continue to develop in a complex, B2B environment. People with recruitment consultancy or inside sales executive exposure from SAAS will often do very well in this environment.
