An ideal opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Customer Service or Customer Relations professional to join a leading recruitment consultancy in an Account Management role.
The role: Working as part of an Account Management and Customer Relations team which forms part of a leading Healthcare recruitment consultancy, headquartered in London. This role will involve nurturing and maintain existing relationships with clients and candidates in the NHS and Private Healthcare sectors. It will not involve any cold calling or new business development; it is purely working on existing accounts. It will suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Customer Service professional looking for a pure recruitment Account Management role.

The candidate: You will have experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Customer Relations or Customer Service professional. With a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills you will be assertive, goal driven and able to work to KPIs in order to hit your targets.
The package: The base salary is in the region of £25k and there is a generous commission structure which will give a very high OTE.
