A market leading business, operating in the HR Consultancy / Talent space, is looking for an account manager to join their junior account management team.
This is the perfect, rare opportunity, to secure an account management role with a leading employer, if you have some B2B sales experience selling services to HR professionals, or perhaps currently work in recruitment. This is the role that could take your early successes and develop you further in a professional environment.
The role will work across a portfolio of accounts, with the overall aim of deepening the relationship and developing the spend of the accounts, through un earthing and securing further opportunities for the business to provide and deliver its services. The client base are HR and Training professionals so you should have an understanding and interest in the HR and People marketplace.
The business is a market leader, well respected an understood in the market, with clear USP’s that set the business apart. The product works to support hiring and talent related decisions and it has the ability to customise and develop its offerings in a multitude of ways, meaning that account managers will work with a fascinating mix of opportunities.
To apply to this role, you should have some B2B sales experience which will have given you some exposure to working with HR professionals. This could come from a recruitment background, or other B2B sales environments. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, but this is not essential if you have a cv that demonstrates some B2B success and stability. You must be able to demonstrate a desire to develop your sales career in consultative sales, showing steps that you have taken to develop your sales skills and account management understanding. You should be a strong communicator, with well-developed communication and presentation skills.
