Are you a Recruitment Consultant or existing Account Manager looking for something a little more rewarding and interesting? If so we have an opportunity for an Account Manager to lead the way on several key accounts for banking and investment fund clients in the US - based from London.
Managing a diverse portfolio of 5 key clients (tier 1 firms) you will be predominantly recruiting for New York & Boston across a range of technology roles (data, project management, development and more) for a firm that believe passionately in a premium service for clients and candidates alike.
As the Key Account Manager you will report to the Director and will have a thorough and gradual handover of all accounts and over time will build a team of Resourcer / Delivery Consultants around you to assist.
In the short term you will work with clients already under contract to build relationships with the Hiring Managers and HR and ensure all core roles are qualified and understood, a proactive sourcing plan is put into place and candidates are engaged, qualified and managed through the process speedily, with empathy and with their best interests at heart.
Your efforts will be rewarded with a path to Account Director and more importantly the ability to lead and grow the key account division over time into quite a substantial offering and enhanced rewards.
