Trainee Recruitment Consultant 

We are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Administrator to support a team within our Taylor Root brand in London, with the potential of progressing into full 360 Consultant role.

With that in mind we are seeking professional and driven law graduates who are eager to utilise their legal educational backgrounds within a specialised sales environment. The role offers excellent career progression, structured training programmes and an attractive compensation package. You will have a clear understanding of the legal framework and should have spent at least three months working in a commercial environment.

For the first 12 months, you will be admin focussed with increased exposure to the business as you prove yourself. Attention to detail and high energy levels are essential within this business where people work and play hard.

The role will involve:

  • Formatting CVs and managing documentation including reference requests
  • Maintaining and updating the database including registering of candidates/vacancies
  • Producing and sending mailshots via post and email
  • Telephone cover. Handling the overflow of incoming calls from our switchboard which are re-routed to the support staff
  • Confirming interviews with both candidates and clients
  • Adhoc reception cover

  • Excellent verbal and written skills are needed as you will be speaking to clients and candidates globally for some of the world’s leading organisations
