We are a long established Search & Selection business that provides ancillary solutions that include Mergers & Acquisitions and Advisory Services to a range of clients.

We have a very stable leadership and a progressive capability that serves both large international clients as well as SME's, private funds and the FTSE groups. We work very closely with our clients, many of which have been 10 year plus relationships. The majority of our work is retained and is C-Suite Leadership or senior management focused and is experienced across all Board and Leadership functions.

In many cases, we work with clients across a range of functional disciplines as a true search partner.
Our focus is on Business Services, Outsourcing, Logistics, BPO, Infrastructure and Technology Sectors all be it not avoiding other markets where we can truly assist our clients.

We have a focused 3 year plan where a major element of this is to build on our Technology practise. Having a strong exposure in e-security, e-retailing and e-logistics we are now looking to identify an Associate Director to spear head our growth across all functions of Technology Leadership within our area of influence.

To be considered, you will be a passionate, people and team biased individual with at least 5 years' experience in putting clients at the centre of your recruitment philosophy. You will have been a consistent revenue generator, building meaningful relationships with a range of clients. These clients must trust and rely on you as a professional advisor.

You are likely to be frustrated with your current employer or situation. You could be fed up with the politics that are usually associated with the large Search firms or be a lone practitioner looking for a like-minded team. Either way, we would be very interested in talking to you with the highest level of discretion.
