An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen at a fast growth professional services recruiter based in the city. We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant or existing team leader to take responsibility of their flag ship senior finance offering, and take the business area through the next phase of growth. As a team leader you fill a critical part of the leadership team, and will be given the autonomy to grow the team without endless interference

Who are we recruiting for?

  • Founded in 2010 they now have turnover over 30 million , 60 people and four offices, with more to come
  • The have excellent staff retention - well above the industry average
  • No micro - management at all, you won't see KPI reports on how manager "calls were made" in the last hour!
  • Operating across senior markets, they operate it the "search" world, using a contingent model
  • No ego's at all. Everyone who works at this firm is a decent, honest individual - which is why in turn their reputation in the market is excellent both as an employer and as a business

What is the role?

  • You will be taking on an existing team of 4 recruiters (1 principle, 2 x senior consultant, and 1 x junior)
  • Your role will be to develop, train and motivate this team in order to meet financial targets
  • You will personally fee earn , placing senior finance professionals into commerce
  • You will help put together the strategy to take the team to the next level , in terms of figures and in terms headcount
  • Operating as part of the senior leadership team, you take a key role in the wider strategy of the team
