An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen at a fast growth professional services recruiter based in the city. We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant or existing team leader to take responsibility of their flag ship senior finance offering, and take the business area through the next phase of growth. As a team leader you fill a critical part of the leadership team, and will be given the autonomy to grow the team without endless interference

What is the role?
You will be taking on an existing team of 4 recruiters (1 principle, 2 x senior consultant, and 1 x junior)
Your role will be to develop, train and motivate this team in order to meet financial targets
You will personally fee earn , placing senior finance professionals into commerce
You will help put together the strategy to take the team to the next level , in terms of figures and in terms headcount
Operating as part of the senior leadership team, you take a key role in the wider strategy of the team

What profile are we looking for?
You must be a service lead, professional recruiter - this is key!
Management experience of at least two recruiters in the past
Ideally accountancy recruitment experience, however senior recruitment in other similar areas will be considered.
