A senior leadership has arisen at multi sector recruitment business based in the heart of the city. The company has an established network in the UK financial services sector, with PSL status with tier one investment banks through to boutique hedge funds, placing lawyers, finance staff and technology professionals. With this excellent foundation in place, they are now looking to broaden this to include the HR world.
This is where you come in. The purpose of the role is to built out a HR practice for the business, with the aim of growing out a team. Your main focus will be as follows:
To operate as part of the companies leadership team and form part of the overall business strategy
To maximise the firms existing relationships to build out a HR offering
Identify the strategy to build a scalable team in banking HR recruitment
Fee earning - lead by example by maximising revenue
Hire your own team, and set targets and KPI's to match the growth of the business - you will have autonomy to hire the people you want

What type of profile are we looking for:
The key experience required is knowledge of the HR Recruitment world, this is a must for obvious reasons! In terms of level, ideally Team Leader upwards, however very ambitious senior consultants could also be considered!
