50 people split across 6 teams and 2 offices
30 recruitment consultants in London - looking to add 20 more by 2019!!

What is the role?
The role is join the company as head of their contract division. The role has become available as the incumbent is going to move internationally with company.
Take over the team of 3 people (junior consultants) and 30 contract runners
Grow the team 10 heads ASAP
Put together a strategy to identify new, profitable markets
Lead from the front in terms of BD and billings
Work closely with the perm team to maximise all opportunities
Sit in the company leadership team help the companies growth plans
Who are we looking for?
Experienced contract recruiter - ideally with knowledge of the IT market
Leadership experience - they very much need recruiters who can build a team and can manage new staff
Nice person - this is not an old school recruitment business - they have much want someone who will fit the their young, friendly business!
