If you are a senior recruitment consultant, recruitment manager or team leader and are looking for the "big job" this could well be it!

We have a new opportunity to lead the contract arm of highly successfully IT Recruitment business based in central London. This role is open to all experienced contract recruiters, ideally with a tech background who want a leadership opportunity:

Who are we recruiting for?

An IT recruitment company with 10 years trading history. They have created an excellent environment without KPI's and old school methods (no chairs till lunchtime!) 

Main Points:

  • 50 people split across 6 teams and 2 offices 
  • 30 recruitment consultants in London - looking to add 20 more by 2019!!
  • Very social - regular events like go karting, holidays and many more!
  • Highly profitable, looking to take the next step forward 

What is the role?

The role is join the company as head of their contract division. The role has become available as the incumbent is going to move internationally with company.

Main Points:

  • Take over the team of 3 people (junior consultants) and 30 contract runners 
  • Grow the team 10 heads ASAP 
  • Put together a strategy to identify new, profitable markets 
  • Lead from the front in terms of BD and billings 
  • Work closely with the perm team to maximise all opportunities 
  • Sit in the company leadership team help the companies growth plans 

Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced contract recruiter - ideally with knowledge of the IT market 
  • Leadership experience - they very much need recruiters who can build a team and can manage new staff 
  • Nice person - this is not an old school recruitment business - they have much want someone who will fit the their young, friendly business!
