Your immediate task will be to build and develop a team of specialist Recruiters to work alongside you. Over time, you will progress to a full Director with a stake in the business. If you have expertise in this specialist area of recruitment and feel ready to mentor and lead a small team of Consultants then you must take action and secure this role.
