My client is a respected and established Executive Search and Interim Management provider. They work within a number of sectors, but have a real strength in their Public Sector practice. This opportunity is to join the Government/Charities/Social Enterprise team as an Associate Partner/Director. You will need to be graduate level, bright and with strong communication skills. You will be looking to work in a dynamic environment with top professionals. Experience within a Search and Selection environment is required as this is not an entry level role. You will be working alongside the other partners delivering senior level search mandates with full client and candidate exposure. Opportunity to progress into a full partners role exists for individuals who wish to move their career in this direction and get more involved with business development. Salary will be commensurate with experience and is likely to be in the region of £60-80,000 depending on background. Indeed the role could pay more for a very experienced and senior Search person.
