My client is an established Search and Selection firm specialising in the Finance market. They have been trading for 8 years, and have established an impressive client list in this period including many household names such as Money Supermarket. This is a quality focussed business, and they are proud of their track record, with a 100% fill rate on all their retained assignments, fairly unprecedented.
Typically they have been operating at CFO, FD and FC levels with salaries ranging from 70k upwards.
Having established a strong brand within their markets they are now looking to scale the business, whilst maintaining their quality driven value set. They are looking to hire a number of individuals in the first instance to help them do this. The senior hire at Partner/Associate Partner level will not only establish a new revenue stream, but will also be instrumental in helping the existing partners grow the business by attracting. developing and training new talent. This role will carry an equity share after a qualifying period, and requires an experienced individual with a track record of growing teams and developing people. It is also essential that this hire shares the quality driven vision of the business.
Less experienced hires are also sought at the Principal Consultant level, who will be responsible for developing a new revenue stream on the back of the existing brand. This role will ultimately progress to building a team in the future.
Salary on offer will be commensurate with experience. The Partner level role will likely fall in the range of £70-90k base with an OTE of £150k+ Equity. Principal Consultant role will be in the range of £45-60k with an OTE of £100k+ and will also have access to equity.
