My client is a leading global search firm that has one of the market leading Interim Management practices within. They are looking to add to their growing team in Sydney, Australia. You will need to be an AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL looking to return home. A background in temporary recruitment or interim management is also essential, but in return this is a rare opportunity to join a global leading search brand.

You will receive the relevant induction and training to develop your recruiting skills towards the senior end of the Interim market. You will be recruiting multi discipline roles, so specific background is less important than the gravitas required to deal with senior appointments.

Salary on offer is negotiable ranging on experience, but it is unlikely that anyone with less than 3-5 years experience will be considered. More senior candidates at  Manager and Director level would be welcomed and salary is unlikely to be a limiting factor.
