With instant access to a well established portfolio of local clients that have worked with this brand for a number of years, your focus won't be so much on instant business development but more centred on taking over a number of existing requirements (temp or perm is your choice) and building out form there. You will also be responsible for a team of three Consultants. Day to day you will be there to manage their day plans, supporting and advising, accompanying client and candidate meetings, conducting weekly 1-2-1 meetings and team meetings. Hands on Directors will be on hand to support with training and development initially so you can focus on getting settled into the business, moving forward training of new starters will be split between you and the Directors, allowing you to focus on leading from the front. 

As part of this close knit and quality led team, you will operate from a great non-city location where you will have plenty of room to grow and expand within the office. Over the next two years, this business plans to double headcount and are able to accommodate such grown in their current office. Supported with great resourcing tools, specialist Resourcer and Administrator, you and your team simply spend time doing what you are best at - meeting with clients and candidates without getting bogged down in paperwork.

Recruiters with a minimum of 3 years experience with proven management experience can expect to achieve: 

  • Basic to £35,000
  • Commission 10% - 20%
