THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Previous recruitment experience is essential for this role as you will require an understanding of the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of managing at the least a small to medium sized team.
You will have experience in a billing platform and have the proven ability to perform planning and priority setting for a billing department. You should possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate direct reports.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills are essential.
