A well known company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange are looking to appoint a number of Business Development specialists to drive new business relationships and manage a defined territory. The company specialise in providing funding to bring apprentices into work and enable business growth.
The role will be a mixture between internal sales/lead gen and meeting with clients in person, covering a territory on a 4 month rotational basis. The role will cover specific areas of Scotland and you would be selling to business owners, C-level contacts and key recruitment/Hr teams.
Candidates can come from all backgrounds, however knowledge of this industry would be beneficial (recruitment, employment law, consultancy type businesses) however would consider junior salespeople (1-2 years experience) and those who are graduates.
Clients will range between public sector and commercial businesses; therefore an ability to speak to those both in a corporate environment as well as public sector would be beneficial.
