Business Development Consultant – London
An ideal opportunity for an experienced sales driven Business Development professional to join a thriving recruitment consultancy in London.
The role: Using the business’ extremely strong reputation, building and maintaining solid, long lasting client relationships across the NHS and Private Healthcare sector, negotiating rates, maximising profits and increasing market penetration. Working alongside the delivery team, ensuring clients’ expectations are met and overseeing the initial resourcing process.
The company: A premium brand in the Healthcare recruitment sector, one of the UK’s leading Healthcare recruitment consultancies which supports the NHS and Private Healthcare sector providing high quality Nursing, Allied Health and Non-Clinical staff to a UK wide client base.
The candidate: Experience as a recruitment consultant is not essential but a strong sales background and excellent oral and written communication skills are. You will be an ambitious, assertive, goal driven and career minded business development professional who can multi task whilst still hitting KPI and financial targets.
The package: The base salary is in the region of £25k and there is a generous commission structure which will give a very high OTE.
