Business Development Director
Zenon Recruitment is one of Europe’s fastest growing leading aviation recruitment consultancies supporting a worldwide client base including airlines, business jet operators and helicopter companies and require an experienced Business Development Director.
You will be a strong leader with excellent motivational skills, focused and driven individual who is looking to make a difference, with the ambition to succeed and drive the business forward in an exciting and dynamic aviation recruitment market place.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for formulating the company strategic sales plan, implement and manage business development activities to meet company growth and profitability targets and be an integral part of the senior management team.
Prospecting and growing the company’s market share of domestic and international accounts, handling incoming leads and closing sales and creating a sales strategy, focusing on establishing the most appropriate routes to market.
Having full responsibility for managing the sales team of 360 degree recruitment consultants, you will be skilled at motivating and mentoring them so as to increase revenue through both new and existing channels whilst building and maintaining relationships with customers.
