We have been exclusively retained by our client to help them source a Business Development Executive which is a newly created position for their business.
The head office is based in the West Midlands with another office based in Stoke-on-Trent. Due to the nature of this role, there is the option to work remotely from home or be based for a few days a week in either location. They will offer as much flexibility as needed for the right candidate.
The BDE is an autonomous role within the Corporate Accounts team, working across the whole of the UK. You will report to the Head of Corporate Accounts, with a key responsibility for identifying, qualifying and winning new business opportunities primarily in the private sector, with some responsibility for development within the public sector.
Target clients will typically be medium to large corporate organisations who operate formal recruitment preferred supplier agreements or frameworks. This position is responsible for developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers in order to help improve visibility and make this business a recognised brand.
This position is key to the business and as such, they're willing to make it as attractive as possible for the right person. Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £100k+ as well as other standard benefits are all on offer. The opportunity to work from home and not be office bound 5 days a week is also available.
As this business is in the technology space, somebody with a background in IT recruitment is preferred. Although, they might look at other candidates from a technical background.
