Business Development Executive - South West London

Specialist sales & recruitment consultancy, based in South West London, are looking for 2x Business Development Consultants to join their growing team. Competitive basic salary + commission structure available!

The Client:

  • Boutique start up specialised in placing ex-military personnel
  • 5 person strong (not including the office dog!)
  • £250,000 billed since their inception in June
  • Already on-boarded 150+ clients, with a huge amount of warm leads ready to explore
  • Lively, driven and motivated work environment
  • 10+ years recruitment experience across the management team

About your role as Business Development Executive:

  • Market map businesses in the UK, and approach them on behalf of your business
  • Book demonstrations into the services that you offer
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships
  • Managing the sales process start to finish, and closing deals
