Business Development Manager – up to £30k + Company Car + Comm. This multi-million pound business provides Payroll Solutions to the recruitment agency sector and contract labour market. With a mix of telephone and face-to-face sales you will be targeting the UK Recruitment Agency sector selling a range of Contractor Payroll Solutions. This role will suit a new business hunter who possess exceptional telesales ability and can develop strong client relationships and repeat business.

Your focus will be contacting clients the Construction Industry who work under the C.I.S. Scheme to offer outsourced payroll solutions. Applications would be welcomed from Recruitment Consultants with Construction sector experience.

PACKAGE – Business Development Manager - Payroll Solutions

  • Basic salary of up to £30k depending on experience
  • Company car allowance
  • Quarterly bonus scheme with commission up to 25%
  • Realistic OTE of £10-15k p.a.

JOB – Business Development Manager - Payroll Solutions

  • Joining this expanding company you will be selling Contractor payroll solutions – Ltd Company, Umbrella, Sole Trader etc
  • Through telephone and face-to-face selling you will be building relationships with recruitment agencies and end-users to manage their Contract staff payroll needs
  • Advising Contract staff on the range of payroll and financial solutions available
  • Advising clients on company solutions and service offerings
  • This role is both office and field based

CANDIDATE – Business Development Manager - Payroll Solutions

My client is looking for new business hunters who are extremely effective at telephone and face-to-face selling. You will targeting Directors / Owners of Construction recruitment agencies so need to be a credible individual capable of engaging at all levels. We are looking for candidates who have a proven history of meeting new sales targets, have a consultative sales approach and can manage accounts effectively in order to maximise their potential.
