Business Development Manager – c.£40k + £4k Car Allowance + 25% Bonus.  (Midlands & South) We are looking for a territory Sales Manager who is used to selling SaaS solutions. My client provides managed workforce / e-rostering solutions to the NHS including Bank Staff management, Supply Chain management, Compliance and Management Information / Business Intelligence.  You will need to come from a consultative / solution-led sales background and will be targeting new business wins plus supporting the development of Key Accounts across the business. Working from home this is a field-sales opportunity where you will have a lot of autonomy and support from a regional head office. As the division expands there will be real opportunity for career development. 


PACKAGE – Business Development Manager – Workforce Management Solutions


  • Basic salary of c.£40k
  • £4k Car Allowance, Laptop, Mobile
  • 25% of base salary as bonus
  • Home-based covering the London & South and Midlands region


ROLE - Business Development Manager – Workforce Management Solutions


  • You will be engaging with decision-makers within the NHS / Healthcare sector to generate new business opportunities for Managed Workforce Solutions
  • You will be proactively sourcing new business with high contract values (£4m-20m)
  • Continually identifying new market opportunities for their broad range of services across the entire healthcare market


CANDIDATE - Business Development Manager – Workforce Management Solutions


  • You will need to come from a consultative / conceptual sales background with experience of selling outsourced solutions
  • Experience of selling product or services to the NHS is a distinct advantage
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to understand complex issues and transpose a solution on multiple levels
  • You must be exceptionally customer-facing and engaging with excellent presentation skills


You will be managing extremely high-value and complex propositions that are not off-the-shelf. Therefore your background must be more than simply selling a product or one-dimensional service.
