BUSINESS MANAGER - As a Business Manager you will play an important role in achieving the dealerships sales targets by maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance products.
BUSINESS MANAGER - Through your excellent product knowledge and passion for delivering an outstanding customer service experience, you will support the sales team in accurately qualifying customers requirements and building appropriate finance packages to suit their needs.
You will also be involved in the Used car side of the business
BUSINESS MANAGER - You will need to possess:
A proven track record in finance and insurance sales
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels
A thorough understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
Motivation to consistently exceed customer satisfaction and profitability objectives
Full Driving Licence
Identify the most appropriate finance, warranty and insurance packages for all customers, ensuring they understand the options clearly whilst also maximising profit
Check the credit status of each customer and propose the customer to finance providers
Maintain contact with customers throughout the application process, answering any questions and resolving any problems.
Work with the Sales Manager to develop campaigns and incentives to promote financial products and services to maximise profitability
Ensure accurate completion of all documentation, prompt collection of outstanding payments and safe handling of all transactions
Meet all compliance obligations under the FCA
