My client is a leading Tier 1 Search firm with an established Interim Management Practice. A global powerhouse executive search firm with an extremely prestigious brand.
My client has an enviable position in the CIO/Technology market, with two of the leading names in Executive Search working for them. They have identified a clear opportunity for an experienced Technology/CIO level recruiter, or indeed an established Technology Solution sales professional, to develop the CIO Interim Management Practice. My client has contacts and relationships with most of the leading CIO's, and therefore a very warm practice exists. Currently CIO opportunities are dealt with by a number of individuals, but a desire has arisen to create a CIO Practice in Interim Management that mirrors the Executive Search offering.
This is a unique opportunity, and potentially a very exciting career opportunity for an individual who wishes to focus their career on the CIO space in Interim Management. You may already be working in this space, or you may be a leader in a more contingent Technology recruiter or boutique. Certainly an extremely high level of credibility and gravitas is required for this role, this is not a position for an inexperienced consultant.
You will need to be able to converse at a CIO level and be taken seriously. A background in solution sales in Technology in a professional environment such as the Big 4 or one of the Technology consultancies might be an equally attractive background as one in Recruitment.
Salary will be negotiable for the right candidate, and could rise to six figures if you have the right level of experience. The overall OTE will be dependant on billings and building the team but is likely to be substantial. My clients position in the market means this is far from a start up, and so you should be able to hit the ground running.
