Our client is an International Technology organisation. This position will be at the forefront of managing the relationship with the Client, working in partnership with them to identify priorities in hiring and devising suitable solutions.

We are predicting a massive job flow throughout 2017, the sourcing of which will essentially be arranged by our team within our flagship London office. This potion is crucial in effectively up-selling the Spring Technology business, acting as 'brand ambassador' to promote our offering to the client, maximising on the business we are able to manage for them. On a day to day basis you will be meeting with internal hiring managers as their trusted advisor, effectively managing and influencing them in regards to the recruitment process.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the Sales teams and drive new sales opportunities within the Client
  • Deliver against the planned revenue, margin and total operating profit targets including all debt and payments issues, as well as agreed client SLA's and targets
  • Forecasting of weekly and monthly revenue against budget including recruitment and productivity targets
  • Develop innovative solutions for our clients to maximise profits and reduce competition
  • Take responsibility for customer satisfaction, putting agreed action plans in place where necessary
  • Generate new opportunities within new internal client accounts, penetrate those accounts, and track supply opportunities
  • Assist in the creation of account business plans for specific stakeholders
  • Qualify job roles and service requirements, ensure that the resource team have all necessary information to ensure delivery
  • Act as point of referral for escalation of client issues
  • Ensure client invoicing is undertaken in accordance with contract terms and timescales;
  • Drive sales, quality of service and compliance by providing and monitoring KPI's on all aspects of the service;

The ideal candidate will have an extensive background within the recruitment industry at senior level with expert knowledge on the IT market. Experience of managing prestigious client accounts would also be a big advantage.
