Client Resource Consultant - London

£25,000 - £30,000 + Generous Bonus Scheme


My client is an leading International change management delivery company. Working within financial services, telecommunications and resources they offer a full spectrum of services across the change life-cycle.   

My client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Resource Consultant to join
 their London Office.

You will be responsible for developing existing and new clients
to provide a multifunctional search and selection process primarily across the
financial services sector, specialising mainly in the recruitment of business
change specialists on a contract basis. There is scope for this role to
develop further for the right candidate.


Role Summary:
 

To provide a comprehensive professional resourcing service for
my client in the London region


In this position you will:


  • Network and develop relationships with clients to identify
    upcoming resourcing needs and see these needs through to delivery

  • Source and identify change management professionals in the
    London region, targeting exceptional Associates at all levels through various
    advertising and networking methods

  • Interview all Associates through a structured telephone dialogue
    or face to face meeting.

  • Contact Associates on at least a monthly basis and ensure
    database is kept updated with the details of last contact date, availability
    and other relevant information.

  • Attend regular face-to-face meetings with Associates at
    locations across the region and/ or attend meetings with hiring managers.

  • Liaise with clients and resource contacts around associate care
    / management

  • Build and Maintain strong client relationships by being delivery
    focussed and providing excellent customer service.

  • Promote the brand in the region through development of your
    own candidate network and attending regular company events.

  • Act as an ambassador for my client through your
    interaction with Clients, Key Stakeholders and Associates.
  •  
    Negotiate
    fees with Associates to ensure that job opportunities are recognised, and company margins are maintained.

  • Ensure
    a strong focus on quality and integrity throughout the execution process.

  • Maintain
    strong relationships with the Client Relationship Manager, Sales, Finance and the central resource function to ensure a harmonised service for Associates and clients

Experience 


  1. Recruitment experience is desirable for this role, preferably
    from within the Financial Services contract market.

  2. Experience of working in a client facing environment to develop
    new and existing business opportunities

  3. Knowledge of business change or project management would be
    advantageous.

  4. Experience of working in a targeted environment would be
    beneficial.

  5. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You must be a team player who is well organised and able to work
towards strict deadlines
