An opportunity for an experienced financial services recruitment consultant to specialise in the buoyant compliance recruitment sector.
The role: This position sits within the permanent compliance recruitment team of a leading, London based, recruitment consultancy. It will involve dealing with existing clients and forging new relationships, using the company’s extremely strong brand, across a broad range of the financial services sector.
The candidate: If you are a compliance recruitment consultant so much the better. However, the company will happily engage with recruitment consultants who have solid experience of the investment banking or asset management recruitment sectors who would like to specialise in a buoyant niche market. You will be happy mixing account management with business development although, due to the company’s reputation in the market, it is relatively easy to open doors.
The company: A privately owned, specialist financial services recruitment consultancy which successfully delivers permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to clients across the City, the South East and Europe. It is a well structured business with a solid infrastructure and offers comprehensive, ongoing training to all it’s recruitment consultants.
The package: The base salary is around £45k and there is a very generous personal commission scheme, one of the best in the City.
