We are seeking proactive individual with excellent Subject Matter Expertise within CRMs - specifically Bullhorn CRM. The role will suit an individual seeking a varied role, interacting with social and dynamic sales teams across the globe, wanting to positively impact all interaction and knowledge of our CRM (Bullhorn).

CRM System Specialist (Bullhorn) - Main Purpose of Job

To maintain a consistently market-leading level of both theoretical and practical knowledge in our CRM (Bullhorn) across our UK (London, Leeds, Manchester) and Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore) businesses. To be the business's knowledge centre for Bullhorn, and to share that knowledge with the business in a way which means our sales teams understand how the CRM helps them deliver.

To work closely with key stakeholders in both sales and business support in order to understand key business priorities, and how the CRM can support these. Creating creative learning solutions that enhance CRM usage at all levels of seniority in the business.

Salary - £35K - £45K + BONUS

CRM System Specialist (Bullhorn) Your responsibilities:

Bullhorn CRM SME:
*Continuously develop the overall level of Bullhorn CRM knowledge and usage within the global Gravitas sales and support functions
*Audit Bullhorn usage at an office, team and individual level
*Act as the first port of call for any Bullhorn usage queries
*Use Bullhorn data to suggest, design and deliver targeted Bullhorn training as required
*Conduct Bullhorn tests with users at all levels in the business to drive best practice
*Maintain and update any Bullhorn training resources including (but not limited to) user guides, learning materials and "How to" videos
*Support consultants with building creative and effective Bullhorn searches
*Share best practice and Bullhorn tips across the business
*Use Bullhorn reports to identify team/individual strengths and development areas and share these with L&D and management
*Design and deliver training on the Herefish automation tool

Systems Training
*Lead the design and delivery of any BAU or project-based CRM training
*Maintain and develop the CRM skills of L&D colleagues
*Conduct 1-1 and group deskside coaching sessions to support users with Bullhorn sourcing, tracking and reporting

Stakeholder relationships
*Working with Gravitas Senior Leadership to track Bullhorn usage, identifying both champions and individuals/teams that need further support
*Ensuring that all Bullhorn support is consistent with the broader L&D curriculum
*Liaising closely with internal CRM & Automation Manager
*Working alongside the Gravitas IT team to flag any issues and ensure consistency of messaging

*Project Management
*Suggesting changes to Bullhorn best practice, identifying opportunities to use Bullhorn to support broader business priorities and projects


CRM System Specialist (Bullhorn) - The ideal candidate:

*Extensive CRM technical knowledge (ideally Bullhorn CRM)
*Analytical approach to problem solving, and an ability to use, understand and structure data
*Strong understanding of the technical concepts behind CRM usage, such as field mapping, Boolean logic and BODMAS
*Strong interpersonal skills, in particular the ability to explain technical concepts in a way that resonates with our salespeople
*DESIRABLE: Previous experience in the recruitment industry
