The Customer Engagement Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts and demonstrate account ability for incremental growth as well as internal and external customer success. You will become a key point of contact for our clients with the purpose of improving our commercial offerings whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.

Manage a selection of key accounts, creating "road maps" to find ways of incremental growth in order to improve the offering of PageGroup and working relations across the board.
Identifying new areas of business growth and opportunity, actively developing businesses which could offer multi-discipline opportunities.
Strategically plan though the creation of tangible, individualised business plans for every account under your management.
Providing an exceptional level of customer service and ensuring a clear line of communication across the business.
Be the main point of contact for the customer and act as a primary point of escalation.
Working closely with operations in order to make accounts self-managing and operationally led.
Regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are being met.
The successful Customer Engagement Manager will be an individual who has previous working history in a similar account manager role with proof of exceptional customer service and clear, coherent and achievable incremental growth plans. They will be firmly of a customer-first mentality ensuring that customer satisfaction and long term relations are paramount in all that they do. This individual will also not be afraid to ask tough questions or pitch for wider business, ensuring PageGroup as an organisation are maximising our offering and revenue across the board. This individual will also possess exceptional communication skills due to liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in a variety of positions.
