Working within the highly successful finance practice you will be working with the wider team to build candidate networks and approach and qualify target candidates for defined retained assignments. This means that the work is structured, valuable and varied, allowing you to work with everyone in the team up to Partner level; however, it will require intelligence and an ability to build rapport and trust with candidates at FD level.
This role is open to any Recruitment Consultant in contingency recruitment looking to step up into the retained search space OR an existing Delivery Consultant. Either way you will need to demonstrate a knowledge of finance roles at senior management / FD level and an ability to manage business conversations confidently at this level and in return you will reap the benefits of working within a highly successful but friendly and collaborative team.
