My client is a highly successful Executive Search firm based in the City. They have absolutely no KPI's and will treat you as an adult. They also benefit from a client base including the world's leading IT Consultancies, IBM and HP are just two of their list. Specialising in the placements of high end IT candidates they only place candidates with starting salaries of £70k and above.
The client is separated into a Delivery team and an Accounts team. This role sits in their Delivery team. Most of the team have been with the company more than 5 years, underlining their exceptional retention rate. They also pride themselves on celebrating success. You will be invited to both their quarterly and monthly lunches. Currently the delivery team's workload is 65% retained business and they have access to a number of clients on a sole supplier basis.
You will be responsible for every stage of the candidate process from initial identification and attraction, all the way through until the close. There is no expectation of BD, you will be solely focused on the candidate side of the process. At any one time you can expect to be sourcing 2 to 3 briefs which could include any senior skill set from Senior Project Managers to Heads of Departments and Directors. You will not have any KPI's to work to and will be given strong support from the Delivery team manager. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1 to 2 years of experience within Recruitment, but this can be flexible.
