£40k + excellent personal commission

The role: Working for a leading Digital and Media recruitment consultancy, headquartered in London. These are roles for experienced recruitment consultants filling permanent or temporary roles in areas including Market research, Data, Content, Sales, Media Planning, Paid Search, Optimisation, Events and IP.  There are a number of positions available which will suit experienced recruitment consultants either who want to work in a more account management based role or those who would prefer to be more business development focussed.

The company: This is an established, privately owned recruitment consultancy which specialises in the Digital and Media space.  It mirrors its client base and offers an employee friendly environment with open plan offices, meeting pods, a casual dress policy with background music playing.  It has an experienced resourcing function which provides a constant flow of qualified candidates to the recruitment consultants.

The candidate: It is essential that you have at least one year’s experience as a recruitment consultant, not necessarily in the Digital or Media recruitment sector.  This is not a place for super aggressive recruitment types, although tenacious recruitment consultants will do well here, using the proven resource function to free up their time dealing with existing clients, filling roles.

The package: The base salary is between £28 - £40k and there is a transparent, personal commission structure which generously rewards success
