An excellent leadership opportunity has arisen for a leader in financial services recruitment to join a highly professional, fast growth recruitment and search business based in the city. With offices across 11 destinations the role will form part of a global leadership team's Financial services proposition, in terms of billing, man management and strategy.

What is the Role?
You will be joining the marketing arm of the business to focus on growing their financial services offering. There is currently a team of 3 seasoned recruiters, so the role requires candidates with the gravitas to run a team of this shape. The role can be split into 3 core areas:
Every person is a biller at the company so if you wanted to escape billing this isn't for you. The ideal candidate will be able to secure, win and deliver work at the senior level, ideally winning retained work in the marketing and digital world. With a great client base across the group to go at, this is a great role for exceptional relationship managers
You won't be managing a team of graduates here, you will be growing a team of experienced recruiters. Your role with therefore be much more of a coach and a mentor as opposed to a drill sergeant bashing your team with phone times.
You will be responsible for shaping the structure of the team to enable it to grow. Hiring, growth and development will be a key function of the role. The company aims to be the first truly global marketing recruitment business, so you will play a key role building a strategy for international mobility and global PSA agreements.
