Our business model is purposely different and we're looking for this director to become an equity partner. It is envisioned that this hire will become the MD for the UK within 12 - 18 months.
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate, who can work alongside the founder of the business to execute the business strategy. With funding in place to grow the business quickly you will need to be comfortable managing senior consultants who will require mentoring and coaching in order to become practice leads within a 12 month period. For the first six - twelve months it is expected that you will be also contributing to sales.
