Are you a Manager in an area of Built Environment Recruitment? If you're looking to advance not only to Director level but also with a business that can take you to MD over the next 2 - 5 years this might be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

This is a highly consultative recruitment & search firm that enjoy incredibly strong-standing across all areas of Construction & Property and dominate the senior / executive end of the market.

One of their key divisions for expansion investment now requires a Director level leader to not only take over this highly profitable division but take it to the next level (headcount of 30) over the next 2 years.

Managing non construction roles (not Project Management or Commercial) your team will be placing senior level professionals into the Built Environment sector - maximising their existing platform to full advantage. Over time you may well wish to expand into other markets such as Technology, Professional Services or Manufacturing. For now the Built Environment market alone is sufficient to offer serious growth.

So in the short term you can take this existing team of 5 and lead it through some serious growth. What is more interesting though is the scope this role offers in the medium - term as this division breaks away into it;s own branded company where you will take the lead as an equity holding Managing Director.
