With a wide portfolio of clients spanning both private and public sector, this division is ripe for rapid expansion under the leadership of a Manager or Director who knows the market. Having developed organically under the leadership of an existing Director this team needs a dedicated full time leader in order to achieve it's full potential. With an existing team with strong productivity in place, great tools, a strong track record and many clients this is an excellent spring board for someone looking to take the helm of a business that has huge potential, zero internal competition, no restrictions on scope (you can supply across all of UK and beyond) and all the tools you will need (including investment to expand your team)... this is literally as good as it gets.

Reporting to the MD (who just so happens to be an inspirational lead by example type of entrepreneur) you will find that board meetings, KPI reports and P&LO reviews are a thing of the past. While you will be independently responsible for the financial performance of your business this is not a company that focus on soul destroying KPI's. The focus here is on producing a high quality of work,  being selective about clients and candidates and delivering an exceptional levels of service. And funnily enough it makes them very successful!

If you have a strong knowledge of the procurement sector, a passion and ability to manage a team and the ambition to grow an existing team to a much larger division where you can be an equity holding Director this is for you!

If successful you can expect to achieve:

  • £45,000 - £80,000 (depending on level of experience as a manager)
