You will be taking over an established desk focused on media & consumer brands that has been built by the Founding Director, you will be responsible for all qualified and senior finance contract and interim requirements from £300 per day rates. With access to an established client portfolio and leverage all perm relationships, not only will you capitalize on their exclusive and retained only agreements, you will also have the use of their bespoke candidate matching system, resulting in converting higher ratios of placements - this is such a unique opportunity to significantly increase your earnings as well as completely transform your working day!
Joining this team of 10 specialist Recruiters, you will have immediate responsibility over two established temp Consultants placing into C&I and NFP clients across London. Reporting directly to the MD, you will have a fantastic opportunity to get 1 to 1 mentorship from a proven leader with ambition to grow this business by opening a regional office in the next 2 - 3 years...so they really need somebody who can take the step into Directorship in a similar time-frame.
