This is a rare management role that does not involve building out a new offering/division as this business has amazing relationships with some of the largest main contractors and developers nationwide and have been involved in providing staffing solutions to many high profile projects in the UK. They are investing a significant amount in the white collar team as the amount of incoming work has increased dramatically over the last 12 months. As an experienced recruiter and manager of consultants you will have your pick of desk and will be responsible for development of the existing team and have a budget to increase the headcount to a team of 12 over the year.
With your proven experience of the freelance sector in white collar management, you will need the desire and ambition to lead, motivate and grow a first class team which could be the largest construction freelance division in London. You will be given the opportunity to set strategy, targets and incentives and be actively involved in developing existing relationships with key contacts and clients. Whilst you would be expected to bill, your key focus and rewards will be based on the development and growth of the freelance division with a clear route to promotion to Director
