JOB SPECIFICATION - Engineering Recruitment Consultant
This is a 360 recruitment position – part of a team of four specialist engineering recruiters. There is a high amount of business development – particularly in the first 6 to a year – as you build a client base. You need to be prepared to make circa 60 calls per day – calling from provided leads and a large, mature CRM system. You will be provided with canvas material / recruitment leads via our resource team – but we expect you to be able to network through clients and take ownership / approach vertical markets as the role develops.
This is predominantly an office-based position – though you are actively encouraged to get out and visit clients across the UK wherever possible. As a business we meet 95%+ of our clients face to face before we start working with them.
You will have access to a full-time web manager who will optimise your recruitment advertising across ALL of the major job boards. Our full time resource team will also support you with direct candidate sourcing through job board searching and social media resourcing.
