The Client

Permanent People are working with a highly established client who is looking for a senior recruitment consultant to join the executive search side of their business. They’re based in the heart of the digital hub of London and are working with clients and candidates at the upmost highest level.

My client is working with companies who are looking to become the next Google and Facebook, with the financial backing to do so. Their clients are typically based in Germany, Switzerland and the Nordics, so international travel is definitely an option with this role.

There’s currently a large amount of existing business within my client with a highly profitable desk to move into! You’ll also inherit accounts from the team manager, who is solely focusing on bringing in new business for the company.

With a fantastic commission structure and massive fees (typically between £15K-£20K), you’d be expecting to earn at least 20%-30% of every successful placement!

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for them is one who is credible and has had experience in recruiting within the IT or digital sector. They’re looking for candidates who can hold conversations with C-level individuals at the highest level.
