Elevation Recruitment Group are currently looking for an Executive Researcher to deliver outstanding client and candidate service while assisting the Senior Director on their assignments and day to day role through - diary management, coordinating messages and call backs, sourcing great candidates through a variety of techniques, matching candidates and managing the administration and of the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a recruitment environment and therefore understand the recruitment process. This is integral to the role.
The role would suit someone who has recently worked as a Researcher, Sourcing / Resourcing specialist, Head of Research, Head of Search, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as first point of contact for candidates and clients in the Senior Directors absence and create plan of action on each new or existing enquiry
* Preparing sales documents, project plans and presentations using a variety of Microsoft packages
* Carrying out research projects, from creating vacancy information packs for clients, putting together extensive search trials to map out all relevant candidates in the market place
* Organising interviews and meetings between clients and candidates
* Organising key events and managing invites and logistics
* Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates through providing a high calibre of service
* Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
* Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
* Conduct extensive searches to bring on board candidates for the vacancies you are briefed on via a variety of technique including database searching, direct head hunting, job board searching, effective use of social media, advert writing etc
* Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
Administration Management:

* To adhere to all administration procedures, especially with regards to candidate compliance and maintaining the company database (HRS)
* Produce relevant management reports and information - weekly activity, monthly business review and quarterly and annual business plans

Person Specification

Education, Experience & Knowledge

* Previous experience in self-sufficient senior admin / search role within a recruitment environment
* Exceptional telephone and communication manor
* Ability to take the initiative with variety of areas from booking people in, arranging interviews and more
* Self sufficient
* Education to degree level or equivalent
* Proactive, highly motivated with a "can do" attitude
* PC literate
* Ability to write reports and prepare spread sheets and presentations
