My client is a well known and established Executive Search firm with a strong brand and reputation. Their average salary level they recruit for is 180k, and they continue to move upmarket in their strategy. A true Executive search firm in every sense they sit just outside the Tier 1 players, but compete at every level. A unique opportunity has arisen, driven by the desire for growth, to join the business and develop your career in Executive Search.
The role will suit someone who has the gravitas and experience to operate at the most senior levels. You may well be a Manager or Senior Consultant in a more contingent business, or sit in the marzipan/boutique layer. My client of course would also be interested in established search professionals.
The role will initially involve delivery of Search based assignments won by the business. My client has a strong presence in the Retail/Consumer space and has a steady flow of work. Individuals who are able to win and develop new business would also be of interest, but this is not initially essential, depending on the level this person comes in at.
The salary on offer is negotiable and could move to six figures for the right candidate with the ability to generate new business. The overall OTE will depend on billings and work won, but should reach into six figures and beyond.
