With a strategy of “Simplify, Strengthen and Succeed”, it has created a new People Solutions division, delivering end-to-end solutions across recruitment, learning and benefits. Veredus now sits at the heart of this new division.

Whilst we continue to identify and deliver discrete executive search and interim assignments within our practice areas, we are now part of a conversation that encompasses every aspect of the employment lifecycle. Thanks to the new cutting-edge collaborative technologies at our disposal, we are working with colleagues across People Solutions and are actively participating in complex sales opportunities that can be worth millions.

We are looking to grow and want to appoint Directors and Researchers for both our interim and permanent Central Government, Local Government, Health and Education practices.

We are looking for ambitious Executive Search or Interim Management professionals who can see the bigger picture and who recognise the opportunities that come with being a part of the UK’s largest People Solutions business. If you are excited by the idea of working collaboratively in the development of key accounts that access the full range of employment lifecycle services, we would welcome a conversation.
