Graduate Recruitment Consultant Salary

·         Year 1 – 23K base, £40K OTE

·         Year 2 – 35K base, £60K OTE

·         Year 3 - £60k base, £100k+ OTE

The Role in Executive Search  

Executive Search is a field that requires meticulous market research and mapping in order to offer a service to our clients and candidates that appears seamless and without any fuss. Dealing with high level candidates, an executive search consultant’s role is to find the most suitable position for their candidates wants and demands, as well as negotiating the best arrangement for their candidate when closing the deal. Alongside this, candidates will need to build and develop relationships, which is of paramount importance, in order to deliver a quality service. Understanding a client’s needs is key to the role, paying great attention to the job vacancy in question.

The Candidate – Graduate

Candidates should possess most, if not all, of the following:

·         University Degree from a well-recognised university – 2:1 or higher

·         Strong communication skills

·         Drive, Resilience and Ambitious for success

·         Experience of working in a sales or professional environment
