We are now looking for an experienced recruiter who is looking for a hybrid sales/recruitment role. This is a really exciting opportunity for a recruiter who is looking to move away from the candidate side of things and focus solely on new business gains.

Role Responsibilities:

  • A full new business role contacting warm and cool leads

  • To sell advertising space on our recruitment websites to businesses through face to face client meetings. Sometimes attending industry events and tradeshows.

  • Research your own leads and develop relationships with key recruitment and HR professionals in your industry sector.

  • Build your own portfolio of subscription clients as well as selling one off packages tailored to your clients needs.

  • Keep up to date with industry news and trends.

  • This role will be based remotely, so you will be managing your own diary and workload however, you will be expected to attend our Preston office every now and then for ongoing coaching and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, highly motivated individual with a background in Legal recruitment. You will also have a client portfolio to bring to the role. Full training is provided, we just ask that you are keen to learn and impress, money hungry, target driven and results focussed.

In return you will be offered a competitive salary of £25-30k DOE with commissions and you will receive continuous support and development that is personal to you.
